Yes, you can do this with a Marsh Majesty.
Please see below notes from the manufacturer:
Any pool approved for burial up to 24” must include a proper water drainage and diversion system during installation and back filling. This system must ensure that all surface water and groundwater are directed away from the pool at all times.
Damage caused by improper burial, poor drainage, or unstable soil conditions is not covered under warranty. Burial deeper than 24” will void the warranty entirely.
If there is any concern about the stability or suitability of the back fill soil, the pool should not be buried. The customer is responsible for ensuring the pool is installed correctly and according to all guidelines.
