The Dolphin Wave 120 is designed to be fully automatic, so you can simply place it in the pool, turn it on, and let it do the work. No remote control needed! It will navigate and clean the pool on its own using its built-in smart cleaning system.
The remote is included as a bonus feature, giving you the option to manually guide the cleaner if you ever want to target a specific area, but for everyday use, you can just drop it in and let it run.
In short:
You can absolutely submerge it and let it go on its own, the remote is completely optional!
