No, the Hayward UHXLOK1931 Control Bezel Locking Kit does not fit the H400FDN control board.
The UHXLOK1931 is designed specifically for Hayward UHS series pool heating systems (universal H-series heaters), not the OmniLogic/H400FDN automation control boards. The H400FDN has its own dedicated bezel and cover assembly (different dimensions and mounting pattern). Even though your display measures 5-1/2" wide, the UHXLOK1931 frame won’t align with the H400FDN xxxx holes or enclosure.
